CHAPATHI UPMA WITH ONION

chapathi upma

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Chapathi                              4

Onion(big)                          1

Green chilly                        2

Curry leaves                       1 strip

Cooking oil                         2 spoons

Mustard & urad dal       as required for tempering

METHOD:

  • Cut chapthies into small bits, sprinkle little water and wait for 5 minutes.
  • Chop onion, green chilies and curry leaves.
  • Heat oil in kadai, add mustard, urad dal, chopped items.               
  • Once onion is fried and cooked well, add cut chapathies, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

Very tasty chapatti upma is ready.
