- Heat dosa pan, pour a big spoon of dough and spread fast as a thin dosa.
- Pour oil as you normally do.
- Turn side.
- Once done, turn side again and keep a big spoon of masal at the centre and close as shown in pic.
- Take out and serve with coconut chutney or tomato/onion chutneys or sambar etc.,
