1. soak following for 5 to 6 hrs.

 green whole moong dal – 1 cup, rice – half cup. 

2. wet grind with ginger, green chilly – 3 or 4, salt & perungayam & prepare dosa.

  (with onion, curry leaves, corriander leaves etc as you wish)
