SPROUTS DOSA

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Moong Sprouts                 2 cups

Raw rice                                ¾ cup

Ginger                                    small piece

Green chilly                        3

Salt                                         as required

Curry leaf                            1 strip

Cooking oil                         as required to prepare dosa

METHOD:

  • Soak raw rice for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Grind it along with sprouts, ginger, green chilies and salt as a dosa batter.
  • Add curry leaves and prepare like normal dosas.
