KADHI ( with tomato)
Turmeric powder-¼ spoon
Besan(kadalai mavu)-1 spoon
Cooking oil-1 spoon(coconut oil preferred)
Curry leaves-1 strip
- Heat oil in tawa, add jeera (mustard optional), green chillies, curry leaves and tomatoes.
- Saute till it becomes like a gravy.
- Mix items curd, turmeric powder, salt, hing and besan, add to tawa contents.
- Switch off burner after a minute.
- Tasty kadhi is ready. It goes well with all tiffins.
