It is the green fresh coriander leaves, in Indian recipes we say fresh Dhania.
It is used as a fresh ingredient that adds a wonderful flavor to Mexican dishes and Asian cuisine, fresh salsas especially.
Green chilly 1 or 2
Lime juice few drops
- Peel of skin of avocado, cut into small pieces.
- Chop cilantro and green chilies finely.
- Extract lime juice.
- Mix all the above and enjoy this nutritious & tasty salad.
