BRINJAL QUICK PODITHUVAL
Brinjal ½ kg
Idly podi 2 to 3 spoons
Dhania powder ½ spoon
Cooking oil 2 to 3 spoons
Urad dal little
Red chilly 1
- Wash and cut brinjals into pieces of any shape(or as shown in pic).
- Heat oil and do tempering with items mentioned above.
- Add brinjal cuts.
- Add idly podi and dhania powder, mix well, sprinkle water if necessary, reduce flame, close with lid till cooked soft.
- Enjoy this shortcut podithuval curry.
