Dosa batter (mavu)-1 cup
Chopped Garlic- 1 spoon
Cheese-1 slice of American cheese or cheddar cheese
chopped Green Chilly- made from half chilly
chopped Cilantro- half cup


  • Add some oil on a non stick pan and spread the batter once it is heated.

  • Once dosa starts to cook, add cheese and let it melt.

  • Immediately add garlic, chilies and cilantro.

  • Once it is cooked, don’t turn it to the other side, just take it out and fold it and enjoy.

 Tip: You can sprinkle idly podi or red chilli powder to make it more spicy.
