Dosa batter (mavu)-1 cup
Chopped Garlic- 1 spoon
Cheese-1 slice of American cheese or cheddar cheese
chopped Green Chilly- made from half chilly
chopped Cilantro- half cup
- Add some oil on a non stick pan and spread the batter once it is heated.
Once dosa starts to cook, add cheese and let it melt.
Immediately add garlic, chilies and cilantro.
Once it is cooked, don’t turn it to the other side, just take it out and fold it and enjoy.
Tip: You can sprinkle idly podi or red chilli powder to make it more spicy.
