ONION CURD PACHADI

Onion pachadi

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Curd                                                     1 cup

Onion(big)                                      1

Green chilly                                    1

Coriander leaves                        small quantity

Mustard , oil-1tsp                       for tempering

Salt                                                      as required

Sambar sadam by Janani

METHOD:

  • Heat oil in pan , add mustard , add onion and fry till golden.
  • Cut coriander leaves into fine bits.
  • Split green chilly.
  • Add all above to curd, add salt , mix well and serve.
Very tasty pachadi , goes very well with “sambar sadam”.
Normally, raw onions are added to curd, but  try this , will be too tasty.
