Take following items of your desired quantity.
Peanut (fried or cooked)
- Cut cucumber, onion and green chilies into small pieces.
- Mix above with peanuts.
- Add salt and pepper powder according to your taste.
- Chop coriander leaves finely and garnish the salad.
- Add lemon extract(optional).
- Mix well and enjoy this “anytime” salad.
