POTATO DEEPFRY

potato fry

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Potato                                  250 gm

Chilly powder                  as required

Salt                                        as required

Cooking oil                       3 spoons

Mustard,urad dal         for tempering

METHOD:

  • Cut potatoes as shown.
  • Heat oil in kadai, add tempering items.
  • Add cut pieces, salt and chilly powder.
  • Mix well , sprinkle little water and close with lid.
  • Once cooked fully, serve with mixed rice.

Universal dish liked by any agegroup.
