URAD DAL FLOUR PACHADI

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Urad dal flour                                    ¼ spoon

Curd                                                          1 cup

Green chilly                                         1

Ginger                                                     small piece

Mustard                                                 for tempering

Coconut oil/sundrop oil              ½ spoon

Salt                                                           as required

METHOD:

In curd, add urad dal flour ( if flour not available, dry fry urad dal and powder) and salt. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard, green chilly & ginger to it.  Transfer contents to curd, mix well and serve.

It tastes extremely good and a harmless, easy to digest pachadi for any type of rice dishes.
