Items Required:

Ginger                                     1 big piece

Omam(ajwain)                        1 spoon

Dhania(coriander seed)        1 spoon

Pepper                                    1/2 spoon

Jeera(cumin seed)                1 spoon(optional)

Jaggery powder                    2 spoons

Honey                                    1/2 spoon

Method:

Wash and cut the ginger of any shape.

Wet grind ginger, omam, dhania, pepper and jeera coarsely, adding just sufficient water for grinding, transfer to a vessel and add enough water.

Add jaggery powder.

Allow the vessel contents to boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

Filter, add honey, mix well and drink a small cup(see pic).

Best remedy for any uneasiness.
