Bread slices 10
Besan(kadalai mavu) 1 cup
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Cooking oil as required to fry
Coriander leaf as you wish
Green chilly 2 or 3
Jeera ½ spoon
Hing liberal pinch
Salt as required
- Take a bread slice, remove edges, cut into 4 pieces. Repeat for all slices.
- Chop green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Mix all other items with required water(except cooking oil).
- Heat oil, dip bread slice in dough, drop in oil, turn side, take out once golden.
Very, very tasty bajji.
