Pudina        2 bunches
ginger         about 1 inch thick piece
Lemon        about two medium sized
sugar           1/2 to 3/4 cup


Clean pudina, ginger and grind in the mixie to a nice paste.
you can add water for grinding.  make sugar syrup with one
big tumbler water. while the sugar boils for about two minutes
add the pudina ginger ground paste and boil maximum
for a minute. put off the stove.

when the entire syrup comes to normal temperature
add the lemon juice.  this is concentrated syrup. to this
you can add water while serving.  Sugar also if you want
more you may add while serving.
