GREEN MOONG DAL VADA
Greeen moong dal 1 cup (it is green split dal & not green whole moong )
Green chilly 3
Ginger 1 inch piece
Salt as required
Cooking oil to deep fry vadas.
- Soak dal for 3 to 4 hours.
- Grind with green chillies, ginger, salt and hing coarsely.
- Chop onions and potato finely.
- Mix all well.
- Heat oil, take little dough, drop as ball of any shape, repeat for 10 more at a time, deep fry and take out.
- Repeat for remaining dough.
Enjoy this healthy and delicious vadas.
