ITEMS REQUIRED:

Bajji chilly                                 12

Besan(kadalai mavu)      1 cup

Chilly powder                        1 ½ spoons (you can alter according to your taste)

Salt                                              as required

Cooking oil                              required for frying

METHOD:

  • Make a fine dough with besan, salt and chilly powder.
  • Heat oil in kadai, dip chilly in dough, drop in oil, turn side and take out once golden.
  • Cut as shown in pic.

Excellent evening time snack.
