Besan(kadalai mavu) 1 cup
Chilly powder 1 ½ spoons (you can alter according to your taste)
Salt as required
Cooking oil required for frying
- Make a fine dough with besan, salt and chilly powder.
- Heat oil in kadai, dip chilly in dough, drop in oil, turn side and take out once golden.
- Cut as shown in pic.
