PEPPER AVAL(poha / beaten rice)
One cup (or desired qty.) getti aval nicely cleaned and put on water to the correct level so that it does not become mashy.
Heat the tava with about one spoon of ghee (it smells good)
Put jeera /pepper powder to taste / hing / salt/curry leaves
Add the aval.
Put on medium heat and for about one or two minutes
You can eat it with curd, chutney etc.
