SUJI KA SHEERA
Suji(rava) 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee 1 ½ cups
Milk 3 cups
Elachi powder little
Dry fruits as required
- Roast the rava for 3 minutes in ghee.
- Add milk and stir till it is cooked well and milk is fully absorbed.
- Add sugar, elachi powder & remaining ghee little by little and keep mixing well.
- Garnish with dry fruits.
