Suyan:

Heat tawa and add coconut & jiggery powder together and keep stirring till it comes to the consistency of making balls. Add elachi , mix well and make balls.

In a vessel, take maida, add little turmeric powder and a small pinch of salt.  Prepare like bajji dough adding required water.

Dip the balls in the dough and fry in oil.

Thenkuzhal:

Take 1 cup of rice flour in a bowl, add ¼ spoon of urad dal flour, little butter, jeera , hing & salt.

Press in heated oil with “muruku achu” available with you.

Ellurundai:

Dry fry til in tawa till it is golden, add jiggery powder and keep stirring till jiggery dissolves and completely merges with til.

Take out and make balls.
