Maida ½ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Besan ½ cup
Rice flour ¼ cup
Bread crumbs ¼ cup
Baking powder pinch
Garlic 2 pods
Pepper powder ¾ spoon
Chilli powder ½ spoon
Salt as required
Curry leaf 1 strip
Coriander leaf as you wish
Butter/ghee 1 spoon
Milk ¼ cup
Cooking oil as required to deep fry
Chop onion, garlic, curry leaves and coriander leaves finely.
Mix with all other items except cooking oil into a firm but not very tight dough, adding water if required.
Heat oil, take small quantity of dough of any shape, drop in oil.
Decide the number to be dropped according to the quantity of oil you use.
Turn side, take out once golden.
Very, very tasty tea time snack.
