RAGI KUZHI PANIARAM

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Ragi flour                             1 cup

Jaggery                                 ½ cup

Elachi powder                    liberal pinch

Coconut scrapped           ¼ spoon

METHOD:

  • Dissolve jaggery  in water and remove impurities.
  • Mix all the items to idly batter consistency.
  • Place non stick paniaram plate in medium flame, pour a drop of oil in each hole, place a spoon of batter in each hole.
  • Turn side once done.
  • Take out once golden.

Excellent healthy and tasty paniarams are ready.
