RAGI KUZHI PANIARAM
Ragi flour 1 cup
Jaggery ½ cup
Elachi powder liberal pinch
Coconut scrapped ¼ spoon
- Dissolve jaggery in water and remove impurities.
- Mix all the items to idly batter consistency.
- Place non stick paniaram plate in medium flame, pour a drop of oil in each hole, place a spoon of batter in each hole.
- Turn side once done.
- Take out once golden.
Excellent healthy and tasty paniarams are ready.
