cabbage ¼ kg
scrapped coconut 3 tbsp
Urad dal 3 tbsp
Red chilly 5 to 7
Salt as required
Hing liberal pinch
Tamarind gooseberry size
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
- Wash and chop the cabbage to any shape.
- Heat oil in kadai, add urad dal and red chillies & fry golden.
- Add chopped cabbage & coconut and sauté well.
- Grind with other items, adding required water.
