MIXED CHUTNEY

mixed chutney

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Coconut-scrapped           1 cup

Small onion                         1

Garlic clove                          1

Red chilli                               1 –big

Green chilli                          1 – big

Curry leaf                             2 tbsp

Coriander leaf                   2 tbsp

Salt                                          as required

Hing                                        small pinch

Cooking oil                         1 spoon

Mustard                               ¼ spoon

METHOD:

  • Wet grind all items except oil,  mustard and  1 or 2 curry leaves for tempering.
  • Temper with mustard and curry leaves in oil.

Very tasty chutney.
