Pudina 1 medium sized bunch
Coconut ½ cup
Urad dal 2 tbsp
Red chilly 6
Tamarind tamarind seed size
Salt as required
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
- Plug out pudina as individual leaves, wash and drain the water.
- Heat oil in kadai, add urad dal and red chilies, fry golden.
- Add scrapped coconut, Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add pudina leaves and switch off burner, mix well.
- Grind with salt and tamarind adding little water only if required.
