TOMATO COCONUT CHUTNEY

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Tomato                                 6

Red chilly                             6

Coconut                               ½ cup

Curry leaf                            2 strips

Urad dal                               4 tbsp

Channa dal                         2 tbsp

Cooking oil                         2 spoons

METHOD:

Heat oil in kadai, add the dals & chillies, fry golden.  Then add other items, tomato, curry leaf and finally coconut , sauté for 3 minutes, switch off burner.  Allow to warm up.  Grind in mixie.

Excellent chutney , suitable for any tiffin is ready.

I prepared it for oats upma.
