Red chilly 4
Peanuts ¼ cup
Salt as required
Hing liberal pinch
Gingelly oil 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Heat cooking oil, add peanuts and red chilies.
Fry well and add cut tomatoes.
Sauté for 2 minutes, switch off burner and keep the fried items closed for 2 minutes.
Grind it with salt and hing.
Temper with mustard in gingelly oil.
