Chilly powder ¾ spoon
Salt as required
Mustard, urad dal, oil for tempering
Heat oil in kadai, add mustard, urad dal, then add onion, sauté till it is transparent. Cook carrot separately. Add cooked carrots, add salt and chilly powder. Sprinkle water , stir well and close with lid. Serve once it is fully cooked and water is completely drained.
