Cauliflower(medium size) 1
Green chilly 4
Ginger small piece
Mustard, urad dal,oil (tempering) as required
Salt as required
Chilly powder(optional) ¼ spoon
Coriander leaves as required
Cut cauliflower as single flowers , dip in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in kadai, add mustard, urad dal, onion, green chilly, ginger, tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
Take cauliflower out from water and add in kadai. Add salt, chilli powder and in the end coriander leaves.
