Raddish 2 (big)
Salt as required
Chilly powder ¾ spoon
Hing small pinch
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 spoon
Mustard for tempering
Urad dal ½ spoon
Corn flour 1 spoon
- Peel off skin of raddish and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard and urad dal.
- Add cut raddish, salt, chilly powder and hing.
- Mix well and allow to cook in medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, sprinkling water if necessary.
- Add olive oil, then corn flour and mix well.
- Switch off once done and serve.
