SIMPLE KEERAI CURRY
Keerai 1 big bunch
Big onion 3
Chilly powder 1 spoon
Salt as required
Oil, mustard, urad dal for tempering
Cut keerai into small bits , wash and keep ready. Cut onions into big pieces.
Heat oil in kadai, add mustard, urad dal. Add onion, sauté for a while, then add keerai, salt and chilly powder and stir well and add enough water and close with lid. Keep burner in medium flame.
Once it is fully cooked and water is absorbed switch off burner.
This is made with the famous and tasty keerai of south.
