Wheat flour 1 cup
Rice flour 3 tbsp
Jeera 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Buttermilk ½ cup
Hing liberal pinch
Curry leaf 1 strip
Mustard ¼ spoon
Red chilly 2
Cooking oil 3 tbsp(for tempering and preparing dosa)
- Mix all above items(except mustard red chilies and oil) as a smooth batter adding water as required.
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard and red chilies.
- Transfer to dough, mix well and prepare dosa.
- You can modify or enrich the taste with your own ideas.
