godhumai dosai


Wheat flour                        1 cup

Rice flour                             3 tbsp

Jeera                                      1 tbsp

Salt                                         as required

Buttermilk                         ½ cup

Hing                                       liberal pinch

Curry leaf                            1 strip

Mustard                               ¼ spoon

Red chilly                            2

Cooking oil                        3 tbsp(for tempering and preparing dosa)


  • Mix all above items(except mustard red chilies and oil) as a smooth batter adding water as required.
  • Heat oil in kadai, add mustard and red chilies.
  • Transfer to dough, mix well and prepare dosa.
  • You can modify or enrich the taste with your own ideas.
