SPROUTS TIKKI

sprouts tikki

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Moong srouts             1 cup

Ginger                             small piece

Green chilly                 4

Salt                                  as required

Hing                                 small pinch

Jeera                               1 spoon

Coriander leaves     as required

Besan                             2 tbsp

Cooking oil                 required for shallow fry

 METHOD:

  • Wet grind sprouts along with chilies, salt, hing and jeera.
  • Add besan and coriander leaves, mix well.
  • Make small balls, flatten and shallow fry both sides, using oil, in dosa tawa.
