METHU (URAD DAL VADA) VADA

ITEMS REQUIRED:
Urad dal 2 cups
Green chilly 4
Pepper ½ spoon
Curry leaves as required
Salt as required
Rice flour 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves as required
Ginger small piece
Oil to fry vadas
METHOD:
Soak urad dal for 2 hours, grind as a fine paste. Add cut pieces of green chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger. Add salt, rice flour, pepper and mix well. Make small balls and flatten it in a thick plastic sheet , put hole in middle and fry in oil. Turn sides, when golden in colour , take out and serve.
