OATS- MOONG DAL DOSA

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Moong dal                          1 cup

Oats                                       ½ cup

Onion                                    ½ cup

Carrot                                   ¼ cup

Coriander leaves            as you wish

Green chilly                        4

Curry leaf                            1 strip

Salt                                         as required

Hing                                       small pinch(optional)

METHOD:

  • Soak moong dal for an hour and oats for 10 minutes before grinding.
  • Grind with green chilies, salt and hing.
  • Mix  scrapped carrot, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Prepare dosa, sprinkling onions on top as you normally do.
