OATS- MOONG DAL DOSA
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Moong dal 1 cup
Oats ½ cup
Onion ½ cup
Carrot ¼ cup
Coriander leaves as you wish
Green chilly 4
Curry leaf 1 strip
Salt as required
Hing small pinch(optional)
METHOD:
- Soak moong dal for an hour and oats for 10 minutes before grinding.
- Grind with green chilies, salt and hing.
- Mix scrapped carrot, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Prepare dosa, sprinkling onions on top as you normally do.
