KHOYA TIL LADDU
Khoya 1 cup (milk thickened by heating in an open iron pan)
Til 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee ¼ spoon +4 spoons(if required)
Dry fruits almond, pista, chironji
Elachi powder ¼ spoon
- Fry the til in ghee carefully and switch off once it turns to pink colour, allow to cool and make a coarse powder.
- Powder the sugar.
- Slice badam and pista.
- Heat the khoya for 5 minutes in a kadai, by sauteing well.
- Switch off burner, add all items, mix well and make into balls(adding ghee 4 to 5 spoons if necessary).
