KHOYA TIL LADDU

khoya til laddu

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Khoya                   1 cup (milk thickened by heating in an open iron pan)

Til                            1 cup

Sugar                    1 cup

Ghee                      ¼ spoon +4 spoons(if required)

Dry fruits            almond, pista, chironji

Elachi powder  ¼ spoon

METHOD:

  • Fry the til in ghee carefully and switch off once it turns to pink colour, allow to cool and make a coarse powder.
  • Powder the sugar.
  • Slice badam and pista.
  • Heat the khoya for 5 minutes in a kadai, by sauteing well.
  • Switch off burner, add all items, mix well and make into balls(adding ghee 4 to 5 spoons if necessary).
