GOOSEBERRY CURD PACHADI
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Gooseberry 3
Green chilly 2
Coconut ¼ cup
Curd 1 cup
Salt & hing small pinch
Mustard&oil for tempering
METHOD:
Cut gooseberry into pieces, wetgrind with green chilly, coconut, salt and hing.
Mix with curd.
Season with mustard seeds.
Very tasty and healthy pachadi and goes well with any mixed rices.
