Rava 1 cup
Maida ¼ cup (this was not included in original recipe, but is to be added to avoid breaking while frying).
Curd 1 cup
Chilli powder ¾ to 1 spoon
Salt as required
Scrapped coconut 2 tbsp
Curry leaf 1 strip
Coriander leaf as you wish
Cooking oil as required to deep fry
- Heat little oil, fry rava to golden and transfer to a bowl.
- Chop curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Mix all items(except oil) adding water if required, to consistency as shown in pic and keep it for half an hour.
- Heat oil, drop small balls of dough(of any shape), fry golden and take out.
