Chana(white) 1 cup
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Red chilly 2 big
Salt as required
Coriander leaf as required
- Soak chana overnight and cook well for 6 to 7 whistles.
- Heat oil, add mustard, red chilies, chopped onion and sauté well.
- Add cooked chana, salt, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Switch off burner and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Adding hing/scrapped coconut/lemon juice etc., is purely optional.
