Besan(kadalai mavu)coarsely powdered 2 cups
Powdered sugar ¾ cup
Ghee ½ cup
Elachi powder ¼ spoon
Milk 2 tbsp
- Heat ghee in kadai, add flour, fry golden(it takes 30 minutes approximately).
- Sprinkle milk, mix well and allow to cool.
- Add sugar, elachi powder, mix well and make balls as shown in pic.
