PUMPKIN MOONG DAL HALWA
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Pumpkin(sweet) grated 2cups
Moong dal ¼ cup
Sugar 1cup
Ghee as required
Eiaichi 4nos
Nuts 2tspn
METHOD:
- Heat 2tspns ghee in the kadai,add pumpkin and fry
- When the pumpkin is done add boiled moong dal
- Fry them well after 5mts,add the sugar and cook well
- Add ghee till the mixture oozes out the extra ghee
- Add powdered elaichi and grated nuts.
