PUMPKIN MOONG DAL  HALWA

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Pumpkin(sweet) grated       2cups

Moong dal                                  ¼ cup

Sugar                                            1cup

Ghee                                             as required

Eiaichi                                          4nos

Nuts                                               2tspn

 

METHOD:

  • Heat 2tspns ghee in the kadai,add pumpkin and fry
  • When the pumpkin is done add boiled moong dal
  • Fry them well after 5mts,add the sugar and cook well
  • Add ghee till the mixture oozes out the extra ghee
  • Add powdered  elaichi  and grated nuts.
