ITEMS REQUIRED:

Oil                                 2 spoons

Jeera                           1 spoon

Ginger                         small piece

Garlic                           as required

Green chilly             as per your taste

Onion                          2

Cream                         small qty(optional)

PALAK-2

METHOD:

1) Add 2 spoons of oil

2) Add some Jeera(cumin seeds)

3) Also add ginger, garlic, green chilis

4) Sautee onions

5) Once the onions are cooked add spinach, cook well

6) Then blend the whole mixture

7) If you like it creamy you can add some cream to it.

We enjoyed with a perfect meal.

  1. very very nice . multi purpose use(go with plain rice very well). use as gravy with roti. ( i put boiled aloo in this for my kuttis). it can also be used as sandwich base for katta mitta sandwich
