OATS SOUP
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Oats ½ cup
Milk ¾ cup
Carrot 1
Beans 4
Garlic optional
Pepper small pinch
Salt small pinch
Butter small piece
METHOD:
- Dry fry oats, powder well and mix with boiled milk.
- Chop vegetables finely.
- Heat butter in kadai, add chopped vegetables.
- Sauté few times, sprinkle little water and close with lid.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add oats+milk mixture to it, mix well and switch off after two minutes.
- Add pepper, salt and serve.
