CURD VADA IN GINGER PACHADI
ITEMS REQUIRED: for ginger pachadi
Ginger 1 inch length piece
Green chilly 1
Coconut 2 tbsp
Curd 1 cup
Salt & hing small pinch
Mustard & oil for tempering
METHOD:
- Cut Ginger into pieces, wetgrind with green chilly, coconut, salt and hing.
- Mix with curd.
- Season with mustard seeds.
- Ginger curd pachadi is ready.
CURD VADA:
- Prepare methu vada (recipe already posted), drop in pachadi the hot vadas.
- Keep it for 20 minutes and serve.
