CURD VADA IN GINGER PACHADI

 curd vada in ginger pachadi

ITEMS REQUIRED: for ginger pachadi

Ginger                                    1 inch length piece

Green chilly                        1

Coconut                               2 tbsp

Curd                                        1 cup

Salt & hing                         small pinch

Mustard & oil                   for tempering

METHOD:

  • Cut Ginger into pieces, wetgrind with green chilly, coconut, salt and hing.
  • Mix with curd.
  • Season with mustard seeds.
  • Ginger curd pachadi is ready.

CURD VADA:

  • Prepare methu vada (recipe already posted), drop in pachadi the hot vadas.
  • Keep it for 20 minutes and serve.
