TOMATO THOGAYAL
Fry in pan with little oil, 4 spoons channa dal, 4 red chillies, 6 tomato cut pieces. Once done, grind with salt and hing . Temper with mustard (in gingelly oil).
In thogayal, we normally use urad dal, this is different that we use channa dal, one of my mom’s speciality , she makes very frequently.
