PUMPKIN CASHEW GRAVY
White pumpkin fairly big piece
Curry leaf 1 strip
Salt as required
Coconut ¼ cup
Green chilly 4
Jeera 1 spoon
Coconut oil 2 tbsp
Mustard ¼ spoon
- Wash and cut white pumpkin into big pieces.
- Cook items under “for cooking” adding required water.
- Grind items under “for grinding” as a fine paste.
- Add to cooked contents and allow to boil and mix together for 3 minutes.
- Switch off and temper with mustard in coconut oil.
