SAMBAR POWDER
ITEMS REQUIRED:
1. red chilly (ball like not long) 4 cups
2. dhania 2 cups
3. toor dal 3/4 th of cup
4. channa dal 1/4 th of cup
5. pepper 1 big curved spoon (kuzhi karandi)
6. turmeric 4 or 5
METHOD:
In a heated kadai, dry fry for 2 minutes the above items (or) keep in hot sun for 3 hours and powder nicely in machine. Store in airtight container.
