Thayir(Curd) Semiya

THAYIR (CURD) SEMIA

1. Boil water and cook semiya till it’s completely cooked.

2. Drain all the hot water and wash the samiya with cold water for 2/3 times.

3. Mix with curd, milk and salt.

4. In a pan, fry the following with oil: Mustard, Urad dhal, Channa dhal, Jeera, asafoetida. Then add G.Chili, curry leaves, finely cut Ginger.

5. Then mix it with the semiya.
