COCONUT BURFI

ITEMS REQUIRED:

Scrapped Coconut           1 cup

Sugar                                       1 cup

Elachi powder                    1 spoon

Ghee                                          3 spoons

METHOD:

Add sugar and ¾ cup water in a thick bottomed vessel and boil upto one string consistency.

  • Add coconut, elachi powder and ghee.
  • Keep stirring till contents become thick and not sticking on sides.
  • Grease a plate with ghee,  transfer contents and cut into pieces.
