FRIED GRAM VADA
ITEMS REQUIRED:
Fried gram(pottukadalai) 1 cup
Onion 1
Ginger small piece
Green chilly 2 (if big)
Curry leaf/coriander leaf as you wish
Salt as required
Cooking oil to fry
METHOD:
- Powder fried gram.
- Chop onion, chilies, ginger and curry leaves/coriander leaves.
- Mix above with salt adding water little by little to vada dough consistency.
- Heat oil and prepare like masal vada.
Very tasty evening time snack.
